KLAROL machines dehydrate oils by using the following dehydration techniques:
1. Vacuum dehydration 2. Thin-film evaporation.
HOW IT WORKS :
Klarol low vacuum dehydration machine works by creating a vacuum within a chamber that contains the lubricating oil. As the vacuum is created, the pressure within the chamber is lowered, which causes the water molecules present in the oil to boil at a lower temperature. This causes the water to be removed from the oil in the form of vapor, which is then pumped out of the chamber. The process of removing water from the oil in this way is known as "dehydration." By removing the water, the lubricating oil is able to better perform its intended function, as water can cause corrosion and other issues in machinery.

5. KLAROL FRF TAN Reducing Machine - FRF Conditioning

HOW IT WORKS :
Klarol TAN (Total Acid Number) reducing machine using ion exchange technology works by exchanging the acidic impurities present in the phosphate esters with less acidic ions. In the case of electro-hydraulic control systems in steam turbines, the phosphate esters are typically contaminated with acidic compounds such as water and various organic acids. The ion exchange resin, typically a strong base anion exchange resin, attracts and binds to the acidic impurities, effectively removing them from the phosphate ester. This results in a decrease in the TAN of the phosphate ester, allowing it to function more effectively and efficiently in the electro-hydraulic control system.

KLAROL’s Testing Kits
At KLAROL, we believe in easy and affordable solutions. Our testing kits are designed for planned maintenance, to help you determine the oil quality, before and after filtration. They are easy to use by your team and affordable as compared to the testing done via Particle counters and sensors.
Our kits can help to ascertain the approximate NAS and ISO values of the oil. At the same time it can also help the maintenance team to study and understand the type of contamination in the oil and the level of sludge and varnish present. The use of the Klarol Oil Testing Kit helps the maintenance engineer to understand the health of his machine and the oil operating in it. It is a tool which can help him to take immediate preventive action to save and extend machine and oil life.

Klassic Klarol Filters provides oil cleaning services for purifying very large quantities of turbine / hydraulic oils by sending machines to the plants to clean oil on a per liter basis. Most of our clients need to remove solid contamination and therefore reduce the NAS value of oils to NAS grade 4/5 from NAS 12.
